Mold Testing Edmonton: Assessment & Removal Services

Edmonton Mold Removal & Fungal Growth Require Attention

Mould and other indoor fungal growth and microbial agents can be a big problem for property owners and building occupants. Mould and fungal growth levels are dependent on the availability of moisture, growth sources, and time. That means the key to controlling mould growth inside your building is to control moisture build-up.

Causes of moisture accumulation inside buildings include the following:

  • flooding events,
  • elevated relative humidity,
  • pipe breaks or leaks from plumbing systems or appliances,
  • roof leaks or building envelope deficiencies,
  • toilet and sewer backups, and
  • site drainage problems.
