Cancellation Policies

 

To all our valued Clientele:

Class Cancellations

SCS Inc. reserves the right to cancel classes that do not reach the minimum enrollment requirements and/or for extenuating circumstances beyond its control.

Of course, SCS will notify all registrants in a timely manner prior to the class start date. And furthermore, fees for cancelled classes will be refunded in full or applied to another course upon request.

Student Withdrawals

Formal Withdrawals:  Notice required 24 hours prior to the class start date by telephone, (780) 485-3585 or email (info@safetycoordination.com)

In addition, please note that NON-ATTENDANCE does not constitute a formal withdrawal)

 

Withdrawal Within 24 hrs/No Show Fee: $65.00

 

Weekend No Show Fee: Subject to full cost of course

**Furthermore, students who attend, but are unsuccessful in passing the course, are not eligible for refunds.

 

Replacement Certificates

Certificate Replacement: $25.00 + GST per ticket (Photo ID is always required)

Consequently, Third Party Certifier certificates, such as those provided by ENFORM and St. John Ambulance and Global Ground Disturbance, cannot be replaced by Safety Coordination Services. So please contact ENFORM or St. John Ambulance or Global Training Centre directly for these certificate replacements.
