Cancellation Policies

To all our valued Clientele:

SCS now finds itself in its Eleventh Year of operation, thanks to your support. We are proud of the high level of service we have brought to our clientele, and the trust they have put in us, to provide training Anytime, Anywhere

Class Cancellations

SCS Inc. reserves the right to cancel classes that do not reach the minimum enrollment requirements or for extenuating circumstances. Every effort will be made to notify all registrants in a timely manner prior to the class start date. Fees for cancelled classes will be refunded in full or applied to another course upon request.

Student Withdrawals

Students may formally withdraw from a class by contacting SCS 24 hours prior to the class start date by telephone, (780) 485-3585 or email (info@safetycoordination.com). Students and companies are held responsible for courses in which they are registered until they formally withdraw from the course (s) within the refund deadline dates.

Please note: NON-ATTENDANCE does not constitute a formal withdrawal.

Students who attend but are unsuccessful in passing the courses are not eligible for refunds.

Replacement certificates:

If a student loses his/her certificate a replacement fee of $25.00 + GST will be required. Student will need to provide photo ID and payment before certificate can be replaced.
