Our Standard First Aid course combines theory and hands-on practical experience to provide the student with useful, fast, and effective skills to preserve life and prevent further injury. More than half of the classroom time is devoted to hands-on practice of the skills of first aid, ensuring that our students leave our course ready and able to perform practical first aid in emergency situations.

The CPR level taught by default in these courses is “Level A CPR”, intended only for use on individuals over 8 years of age. For children under the age of 8, or for infants, it is recommended that the student upgrade to “Level C CPR”, which addresses the appropriate techniques for first responders in medical emergencies for children.
