Jacques has been actively involved in training and development of the workforce, both domestically and internationally, since 1987.

An accredited registered safety professional and graduate of the University of Alberta, Jacques is proud to have participated in the launch of Certificate of Recognition Process for Heavy Industry and has been actively involved in leading large and medium oilfield, manufacturing and construction firms through this process since 1992.
