This one-day course is designed for individuals who are required to respond to, and contain spills of hazardous products.

Participants will learn:

• Emergency Response Planning (The actions to take when a spill is recognized)
• Use of hazardous products inventory
• Selection and use of appropriate PPE
• How to select and obtain appropriate spill kits from manufacturer
• Use of the Spill kit
• Containment Procedures
• Safe and appropriate disposal of hazardous products once contained

Upon successful completion of this course students will receive a certificate of participation.
