This course is designed for individuals required to work within a confined space.

Participants will learn: |
- Hazards of confined spaces
- Preparation for entry
- Working in confined spaces
- Use of SCBA (Self Contained Breathing Apparatus) or SABA
(Supplied Air Breathing Apparatus)
- Post-entry debriefing

This full day course is designed for individuals
who plan confined space entry, or monitor confined space entry
themselves. |

- Legislative Standards
- Identification of Confined Space Hazards and Controls
- Confined Space Entry Preparation
- Classification of Confined Space Entries (Oil Sand Safety
Association Recognized Code of Practice)
- Hazardous Atmospheres & Testing
- Entry Authorization
- Duties & Responsibilities
