This course is available in either one or two day format, and is designed for individuals required to work within a confined space, and who may be required to affect a rescue attempt in the event of an emergency.

Participants will learn:

Day One:

• Hazards of confined spaces
• Preparation for entry
• Working in confined spaces
• Use of SCBA (Self Contained Breathing Apparatus) or SABA (Supplied Air Breathing Apparatus)
• Rescue Techniques
• Post-entry debriefing

Day Two:

• All of the material listed to the right, plus
• Confined Space Rescue practical training
• Simulated Rescue Scenario Exercises
• Rescue Carry Technique Exercises

Upon successful completion of this course students will receive a certificate of participation.
